Anton Kubikov was born on 4 June 1975 in Moscow. He began his DJ career in 1994 at one of Moscow's first techno clubs, the Hermitage. He quickly became a popular and respected figure on the Moscow DJ scene and performed regularly at the clubs Ostrov Sokrovishch, Moby Dick, Ptyuch, Utopia, X-Dance and others.

Today Anton is one of the most sought-after artists at parties of every format. For more than six months he has been the organiser and driving force behind the Thursday nights at the internet pub Flegmatichnaya Sobaka, which are hugely popular with the most discerning audiences and lovers of techno.

In more than ten years of DJing Kubikov has played at practically every club that has existed, and still exists, in Moscow, and has toured St Petersburg, Odessa, Kyiv, Mariupol, Syktyvkar, Kirov, Kharkiv, Smolensk, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Riga, Vilnius, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Tolyatti, Samara, Saratov, Magnitogorsk, Krasnodar and other cities in Russia and the neighbouring countries. Outside the country Anton's sets have been heard at Fabric (London), WMF (Berlin), Maria (Berlin) and Moscow Cafe (Berlin), as well as in clubs in Zurich and Warsaw. He has also played at parties alongside Herbert, Michael Mayer, Superpitcher, Tobias Thomas, Craig Richards, Electric Indigo, Sven Väth, Stacey Pullen, Pascal F.E.O.S., Roman Flügel, Dimbiman, Marcus Nikolai, D.Diggler, Mathias Schaffhäuser and many others, and took part in the Love Parade (Berlin) in 1999 and 2000.

SCSI-9, the joint project of Anton and Maxim Milyutenko, and their other projects enjoy huge popularity both in Russia and abroad. They have more than 15 releases to their name, mostly on German labels.
