The internationally acclaimed website AllAboutJazz selected a performance by this trio as one of the best concerts of 2010. In the same breath as grandmasters like John Scofield, Brad Mehldau and Bill Frisell, no less. In the past the trio invited some very sepcial guest to perform together: Michael Moore (featured on the album Avalonia, released by Challenge) and Tony Malaby. Kudo wrote in his e-mail: “…We saw a big change here in Japan. The land attacked by the quake was exactly the place I had raised. My country Miyagi was ruined. My family house was destroyed though people were safe. The are strong enough to get over all this situation like every other ones are trying. I was not able to join help them as I have been totally absorbed in creating a new work that I am going to present next week. It is such a struggle to get people out of the shelter these days... Looking forward to seeing you again soon…” Vladimir Volkov is a best partner for Taketeru Kudo, they performed together some years ago Akira SAKATA&Chikamorachi/ Darin GRAY/Chris CORSANO/ guest Sergey LETOV Akira Sakata trained as a marine biologist. He joined the Yamashita Yosuke Trio from 1972 till 1979 and toured internationally with them. In 1986, he performed with Last Exit with Bill Laswell. This performance was released as 1987's Noise of Trouble: Last Exit Live in Tokyo. In 1994, Sakata organized a one month tour of Uzbekistan, Mongolia and China with the Flying Mijinko Band, consisting of 14 members from Japan, Africa and America…

A famous violinist Tatiana Grindenko and the guru of the modern youth Vladimir Martynov are making their next attempt to save the humankind. These attempts have already been done in the past.
